Terms of Service

Welcome to Andrea made! Here's everything you need to know when shopping from my Johannesburg workshop.

📦 Orders & Fulfillment

All artworks are handcrafted in Johannesburg. Ready-made pieces are usually shipped within 2–3 working days. Custom orders may take longer, depending on design and studio capacity - I’ll keep you updated throughout.

💳 Payments

All prices include VAT. Payments are processed securely via trusted gateways like PayFast or PayFlex. No card information is stored on my site.

🚚 Shipping

I ship within South Africa.

  • Gauteng: Free delivery (delivered by me). After checkout, I’ll contact you to confirm a suitable delivery day and time.
  • Outside Gauteng: Courier delivery is arranged via The Courier Guy, and shipping options are shown at checkout depending on the artwork.

Remote/outlying areas: Some locations may cost more than the standard courier fee. If an extra courier charge applies, I’ll contact you after checkout, and it must be paid before I begin making a custom piece or before I pack a ready-made piece for collection. If you don’t want to proceed with the additional courier charge, you can cancel and receive a full refund.

Tracking details are provided once your order is dispatched (courier deliveries).

🔁 Returns

Returns are accepted on ready-made pieces only. Custom orders are non-refundable. Return courier costs are the buyer’s responsibility. Refunds are issued once the returned piece is received in original condition. For full details, see my Returns & Refund Policy.

All artworks, designs, and images on this site are original works by me (Andrea) and are protected under copyright. Please don’t reproduce, use, or distribute my content without permission.

🤝 Respectful Use

You agree not to misuse this site, spam, hack, or attempt anything sneaky. That includes using the site for unlawful purposes or violating any local laws (weird that we have to say that, but hey - lawyers).

📝 Changes

I may update these terms now and then. If I do, I’ll post the new version here. Continued use of the site means you agree to the current terms.
