Shipping Policy

All pieces are designed and handcrafted in my Johannesburg studio, then carefully packaged and sent to you.

🚚 Shipping within South Africa

Gauteng

  • Free delivery within Gauteng (delivered by me).
  • After checkout, I’ll message you to confirm a suitable delivery day and time.

Outside Gauteng

  • Shipping options are shown at checkout based on the artwork you’re purchasing.
  • I use The Courier Guy for courier deliveries outside Gauteng.

Courier Fees (main centres/standard areas):

  • Large/heavy artworks: a flat courier fee of R700 (shown at checkout where applicable).
  • Small/medium artworks: a flat courier fee of R300 (shown at checkout where applicable).

Important note about remote/outlying areas & special requests
Some addresses (remote towns, farms, estates with special access, outlying zones, oversized parcels, etc.) can cost more than the standard courier fee.

If an extra courier charge applies:

  • I’ll contact you after checkout with the amount.
  • The extra charge must be paid before I start making a custom piece or before I pack a ready-made piece for collection.
  • If you don’t want to proceed with the additional courier charge, you can cancel and I’ll issue a full refund.

📦 Dispatch & delivery timeframes

  • Ready-made artworks: usually dispatched within 2–3 working days (after payment and after any courier top-up is settled, if applicable).
  • Made-to-order pieces: production time varies by design. I’ll confirm the timeline with you after checkout, before I begin.

Courier delivery times vary by area (main centres are usually quicker; remote areas can take longer).

✅ Packaging, tracking & receiving your order

  • Your artwork is packed securely to protect edges, surfaces, and corners.
  • Courier deliveries include tracking details once dispatched.

  • Please check the packaging when it arrives. If there’s any damage, let me know as soon as possible and send photos so I can help.

🌍 International Shipping

I don’t currently offer international shipping at checkout, but if you're outside of South Africa and interested in a piece, feel free to get in touch - I’m happy to explore options.
