Return & Refund Policy 

I gladly accept returns on ready-made pieces. Custom/made-to-order pieces are non-returnable, as they’re created specifically for you and can’t be resold.

Custom/made-to-order cancellations

If you cancel before I begin production, I’ll refund you in full.
Once production has started, I can’t refund materials already ordered or prepared, or work already completed. In many cases, this means a custom order becomes non-refundable once I’ve started.

✅ Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
  • The artwork must be returned in its original condition (unused, unaltered, and safely packaged).
  • Custom orders: if you cancel after I’ve started making it, I can’t offer a refund.

📨 How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email me at contact@andrea-made.co.za with:

  • your order number,
  • and a short reason for the return.

I’ll send you the return address and next steps.
Please don’t send anything back without contacting me first - unapproved returns won’t be accepted.

📦 Return Courier Costs

Return shipping is paid for by the customer.

Once the artwork is safely back in my studio and confirmed to be in its original condition, I’ll process your refund.

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items

I take care to package each piece securely, but if something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • clear photos of the outer packaging,
  • and photos of the artwork and the damage.

I’ll do my best to make it right.

💳 Refunds

Once I’ve received and inspected the returned piece, I’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Please note: banks can take a few working days to reflect the credit.

🔁 Exchanges

I don’t offer direct exchanges - but if you’d like something different, feel free to reach out. I’m always happy to chat about options.
